We do not allow returns on skin care products, any returns on boxes for any reason have to be approved by management before returning.

Once our skin products are sold, we will not allow any exchanges or returns unless your package was damaged during shipping, in which case a claim must be filed through the USPS shipping carrier to start a refund process.

For help with an issue, you can contact us at admin@revitalizeskincareinc.com.  If a return is needed and approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at once if your box or products are defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on skin care, sale items, or gift cards.

No exchanges on skin care products!

If a return is warranted, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
