How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays. Processing time fluctuates between 1-7 business days before shipping and will always be stated in the header of the website viewable before placing an order. Delivery orders will take up to 14 days depending on processing time and your distance from Georgia.
My shipping address is wrong; how do I change this?
Please make sure you fill in the correct address and include the suite or apartment number. Incidentally, addresses cannot be changed after an order has been shipped, which means, of course, that once a shipping label is created, it cannot be changed either.
We appreciate your interest in both our products and international shipping. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping because of some logistical challenges and complexities associated with customs regulations, shipping costs, and providing a seamless and reliable delivery experience to the customers. Note that we always review our shipping policy and seize every opportunity to expand to reach all our customers across the globe. The orders returned to the sender by the courier are refunded minus the shipping cost. You will need to place a new order.
I have ordered something and accidentally put the wrong address for shipping, and I am unable to retrieve my package from where it was delivered. Can you send me a new package?
Unfortunately, you must retrieve the order from where it was delivered or place a new order with the correct address. In this instance, replacements and refunds will not be granted.
My package is stuck in one location or the wrong state altogether. What’s wrong?
Much like passenger flights, freight flights often have layovers in common area hubs. Sometimes this means not moving for a couple of days, or even moving away from you before it starts moving towards you. This is not an error, but rather part of the shipping process with the courier.
Shipping and delivery errors and inquiries need to be communicated directly with the courier indicated within your shipping confirmation email.
